How should I prepare for my assessment?

To ensure “gold-standard” accuracy, you must follow these prerequisites:

  • Fast (plain water only) for at least 3 hours prior (Resting test only).
  • Avoid caffeine, tobacco, and stimulants for 3 hours.
  • Refrain from more than 1 hour of intense exercise in the last 24 hours.
  • Arrive 10 minutes early to ensure you are in a relaxed resting state before the test begins

How long does the appointment take?

We book a 30-minute appointment to allow for a 10-minute resting period before you start your test. The time when the mask will be on and the test is running, is only 10 minutes.

How often should I retest?

To track your progression and adjust your plan, retesting every 3 to 6 months is usual and your report will provide a retesting recommendation. For the most accurate comparisons, retests should be conducted at the same time of day as your initial assessment
