Will is a Consultant Anaesthetist who also works within the NHS. As well as an honours degree in medicine, he also holds a masters degree in chemistry from the University of Nottingham. Will enjoys teaching and acts as faculty, leading several national simulation and training courses. He has also published several articles in various international scientific journals.

He has undertaken a research and clinical fellowship in Obstetric Anaesthesia at the Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto.

Alongside his anaesthesia and critical care work, he has established a successful aesthetic practice, delivering anti-wrinkle treatment to a wide-ranging group of regular clients in South London and Surrey.

Outside of medicine, he enjoys looking after his two children, playing rugby, cooking and listening to music

Outside of medicine, he enjoys keeping fit by running and weight training. He is a proud father of a little girl called Sofia!

Outside of running Effect Doctors, she is a busy young mother, enjoys painting, playing with her son, walking her dog, white wine and international travel.

Allan is passionate about innovation and change in healthcare and in particular healthcare systems, preventative care and longevity. He has run the largest group of NHS GP practices operating in socially deprived areas. Been on the board of the NHS Partners Network and an elected Governor of an NHS Mental Health trust.

He has worked with innovative primary care networks in the USA and Spain, both delivering publicly funded care.

Outside Effect Doctors Allan is a Non-Executive Director at the commercial subsidiary of an international emergency and crisis response charity and enjoys all outdoor activity.

She completed her bachelor of science in nursing in 2017 and since then she has worked primarily in surgical & post operative care and has vast experience in the private sector and NHS.
She enjoys dining, music and cats.

She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2012 at the University of Alberta in Canada. Since then, she has also specialised in post anesthesia care, post secondary clinical teaching and community health. Allie has been with Effect Doctors since early 2021, and is passionate about health optimisation. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, live music, hiking and skiing.

Dr Rajput qualified at University College London in 2011, graduating with both a Batchelors in Medicine and a BSc (Hons) in International Health. She has been an Anaesthetist since 2014.

With over a decade of experience in Anaesthetics she has developed a specialty interest in Obstetric and Regional Anaesthesia. She has a keen interest in Human Factors in healthcare and also carries a Post Graduate Certificate in Medical Education.

Her favourite aspect of work is the interaction with the teams she works with and the patients; being able to put them at ease during difficult and challenging times.

She is an interior design enthusiast and loves DIY (as long as there is a good podcast or playlist in the background!)

She gained  her nursing degree in Madrid, Spain, in 2018 before moving to London, where she completed a postgraduate qualification in intensive care and aesthetics. Specialising in dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle injections, and skin booster treatments, she has gained expertise in non-surgical cosmetic procedures, enhancing personalised natural beauty. For the past 2 years, Teresa has been working with Effect Doctors, delivering high-quality care. Outside of work, she loves travelling and dancing salsa, embracing new cultures and rhythms with enthusiasm.

Dr Lea Klapan is a UK-based Medical Doctor and Associate Nutritionist originally from Croatia, where she completed her medical degree. After moving to London, she earned an MSc in Nutrition from King’s College London with Distinction, driven by a deep interest in preventative health and lifestyle medicine.

Her clinical experience spans emergency medicine, psychiatry, gastroenterology, and plastic surgery. She has also undertaken formal training in aesthetic medicine, supporting her belief that wellbeing should be nurtured both internally and externally.

Lea is currently completing a Fellowship in Integrative Medicine under Dr Andrew Weil, the founding father of the field. She brings a warm, multidimensional approach to patient care; grounded in science, enriched by compassion, and tailored to support vitality, balance, and long-term health. Recently she has become qualified for auricular (ear) acupuncture to treat trauma, stress and addiction.

Outside of work, she enjoys making healthy desserts, spending time in nature, and petting every dog she meets.

Abi graduated in 2012 and built her career in Emergency Care, progressing to the role of Senior Sister. With over a decade of frontline experience, she has developed extensive skills in providing safe, professional, and compassionate care in high-pressure environments.

Since joining Effect Doctors in 2022, Abi has brought her expertise and dedication to supporting patients’ health and wellbeing, ensuring every individual receives the highest standard of care.

Outside of work, Abi enjoys travelling, listening to music, and baking with her two young children.
