Effect Doctors - Westfield

I had a really good experience at Effect Doctors in their Westfield White City branch. I thought that it being in a massive shopping centre, it would mean that it would feel a little bit noisy and chaotic, but it was the opposite! They are located in "The Village" part of the centre, next to other health and wellness centres. Being in the village part meant that you felt away from the hustle and bustle of all of major shopping outlets, which made it a much more calmer experience all round.
The clinicians were all professional and the clinic itself was clean and well organised for the IV Iron infusion which I booked over the phone. I was able to get an appointment really quick too (same day). It may not always be the case to get an appointment at such short notice, as I was informed that they were fully booked the next day, but when you're feeling deficient and in need of a boost, it certainly helped to be listened to and seen so quickly! I felt I was heard and treated with genuine care, concern and respect. If ever in need of iron or other IV therapy in the future I'll be sure to come back.
