I had such an incredible experience at Effect Doctors. Sheree was so friendly and informative on the phone. They are incredibly efficient at booking you in. Dr Turner is very professional and considerate, he makes sure you feel calm, relaxed, and reassures you on any worries you may have. I felt safe there and would highly recommend this clinic!
I had a fantastic experience at Effect having an iron infusion with Dr Will Buxton and I would highly recommend them! Even before I had my appointment, I found Dr WIll and the staff to be so lovely, really knowledgeable and super helpful. I'd previously had a bad reaction to an iron infusion and was quite nervous to get another one but Dr Will really put me at ease and I got my iron infusion administered over a longer period which helped calmed my anxiety. He was there to check on me whenever I needed it and I felt completely taken care of. Everyone at the clinic was so kind and the room itself was really bright and welcoming. It felt like a much more modern way of receiving an iron infusion and this is the only place I would come to get another infusion in the future. Thank you so much to Dr Will and to all the staff at Effect for looking after me :)
The team at Effect Doctors are wonderful. Supportive and make sure the right treatment for the problems are provided. The nursing team are so friendly and put everyone at ease.
So approachable and easy to communicate with, put me at ease for all my concerns and dr will spoke to me as many times as I needed before the iron infusion, he was very flexible and quick in replying to me. All the staff are really lovely and go out of their way to accommodate. Highly recommend. The procedure was very easy and also kinda relaxing!

Warm place and professional staff. I came from overseas and had to stay in London for several months but I have a monthly dose of medication . I tried to contact more than one place and got frustrated but luckily I am happy that I found Dr. William and Dr. Hilary. They are great people and the prices are good.
Such a great experience at Effect Doctor! I booked a last-minute IV drip for my sister and me, and Dr. Buxton still managed to fit us in on the same day. I’ve tried other clinics before, but this one really exceeded my expectations. I actually chose this clinic because of the great reviews, and I can honestly say they were spot on! The whole team was so friendly and professional, and they made us feel completely at ease. Dr. Buxton even checked in on us afterwards, which was really thoughtful. I also want to thank the lovely ladies who helped us—unfortunately, I didn’t catch their names, but they did an amazing job. Highly recommend to anyone looking for IV therapy!
