Having lived with low iron levels for most of my life, finding a convenient and trustworthy IV infusion clinic has been a challenge. Effect Doctors at Westfield is very conveniently located and their quality of care has been excellent.
Before & during my iv treatment, I had a lot of questions, and Dr Ansari took the time to answer every single one of these with patience and clarity. Throughout the infusion itself, he monitored my health and wellbeing never making me feel rushed. What impressed me most about his care was how well he understood my specific personal health concerns and he genuinely tailored his advice accordingly, going far beyond my expectations.
A week later, Ana administered my second infusion, and she was considerate, & warm, the whole experience felt very comfortable.
Effect Doctors have made expert IV therapy very accessible, and welcoming setting, I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I had a Vitamin C and Glutathione IV drip today and the whole experience was smooth and professional. I was offered a discount code, which really helped, and everything was done carefully and with attention to hygiene and comfort.

The staff were kind and explained everything clearly. I’m quite sensitive due to my medical history, but I felt safe and well looked after. I also really appreciated the calm atmosphere — just what I needed after a tough few days.

Would definitely return and recommend to others who need a proper energy boost or recovery support.
